UPDATE: OLD FEES ARE STILL IN EFFECTIVE AS A RESULT OF THE INJUNCTION BY THE COURTS! 💵💳💰❌🌿✈🌎🛂

 Effective September 29, 2020, a district court stayed the implementation and the effective date of the August 2020 USSCIS Final Rule on Immigrant Benefit fees. (ILRC et al., v. Wolf, et al.,9/29/2020. This ultimately means the increased fees as well as the forms and policy changes related to the changes in the Immigrant Benefits Fee Rule, CANNOT be implemented by USCIS AT THIS TIME.

For now, you are only allowed to use the existing fees for different Immigrant Benefits until the injunction is lifted by the Courts. 

US Refugee Travel Document (Form I-571)  remains $135.00 + $85.00 for Biometrics, totally $220.00 which is file using FORM I-131, APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENT.
